Marriage

William was recorded as being resident at 'Kintbury, Berkshire'.

Note

There is no conclusive proof that this William is the man who married Hannah Knapp in 1824, or who died in 1835. However, the son of Thomas Lovelock and Ann Crocker is otherwise unaccounted for after his baptism. Other facts of relevance are that the husband of Hannah was said to be resident in Kintbury at the time of his marriage, the first 3 children born to William and Hannah were all baptised at Kintbury, and William had died before the 1841 Census was taken. No other candidates for the husband of Hannah or the man buried at Kingsclere have been identified.
