Will

In the will Thomas leaves property to his lawful wife Mary. He asks for his children to share goods and names them Mary, Emma, Henry, Martin and Thomas and also leaves to his youngest son Thomas an acre of land. His brother Henry is executor.

Will: pr Mary L wit Henry L pr PCC 26 Dec 39

Note: This is almost certainly the PCC will dated 26 Dec 1839 for Thomas Loveluck, gentleman of Fingest, Buckinghamshire http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/documentsonline/details-result.asp?Edoc_Id=317688&queryType=1&resultcount=1

Shared note

General the Honourable Edmond Phipps, brother to the Earl of Mulgrave, employed Thomas Loveluck as his coachman. The General, and his household, lived at Mount Street, Westminster. The General died in 1837 left £50 and an annuity to Thomas Loveluck.

The fact that Henry L was a witness for the will of Thomas L who d 1839 indicates that they could have been brothers.
